Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP)

SMP helps Medicare recipients, their families, and providers prevent, detect, and report Medicare Fraud. Each SMP office is local to its community and offers assistance to those who feel they have been a victim of Medicare Fraud. SMP is an ACL federal agency program, and provides outreach material and support at the local level to help individual offices educate the community on ways to be proactive about recognizing potential Medicare Fraud. Doyle redesigned the outdated brand, and provided easy-to-understand guidance for beneficiaries, caregivers, and the medical community through animated infographics and other media.
