SHIP Branding

State Health Insurance Assistance Program 

SHIP provides assistance to Medicare recipients and their families. Each SHIP office is local to its community and offers unbiased guidance navigating plan options, open enrollment procedures, billing issues, and more. SHIP is an ACL federal agency program, and individual SHIP offices may also have unique branding. SHIP’s previous brand was dated and didn’t coordinate well with other brands. A SHIP/ACL cobrand was developed, and a series of more flexibly-branded awareness media was disseminated at national and local levels.
