Equinox 2022 and 2023 Fundraising Events

St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore (SVDP)

Equinox is an annual fundraising event for SVDP that generates awareness and revenue for SVDP’s homelessness and housing programs. As Director of Marketing and Communications, Colleen Doyle secured a new WJZ-TV sponsorship valued at $60,000 that garnered more than five earned media segments for SVDP, a series of strategically placed PSAs, and secured award-winning journalist Denise Koch as event Emcee. For Equinox 2022, a coordinated marketing campaign achieved a 30% increase in attendance and generated a large increase in donations over the prior year. Onsite presentations and communications helped to reach a day-of donation fundraising goal of $25,000. In the end, the event earned more than 450% over the previous event in 2021. Colleen Doyle planned, created, and disseminated all print, digital, social, and paid media, planned and helped to execute the earned media segments, and created all day-of signage, presentations, and video.
