Up to the Future
Supplemental Report for Maryland
State Department of Education
This detailed report outlining findings and plans
to a variety of state educational organizations, professionals and
legislators required a mass of organizational skills in order to
be easily absorbed by different audiences with different priorities.
The "Stepping Up" concept was developed to motivate and
maintain momentum in the cause of improving public education based
on the findings in the report. A variety of statistical material
was translated into different types of charts and graphs for a user-friendly
communication of strengths and weaknesses throughout MSDE programs,
communities and school districts.
